Resending an Invitation Email to ISE Digital Candidates

Please note: an invitation emails can only be resent to candidates who have already been added to the session.


To send an invitation email to candidates, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to MyTrinity.
  2. Navigate to the Sessions tab.
  3. Open the relevant ISE Digital session.
  4. Within the Enrolments list, select the candidate or candidates.
  5. Select Send invitation email.
  6. Review the selected candidates and email details.
  7. Select Confirm.

Once completed, the selected candidates will receive the invitation email to the email address recorded against their booking.


Please note:

  • Candidate email addresses must be entered correctly in MyTrinity.
  • Invitation emails will only be sent to the candidates selected.
  • Candidates should check their junk or spam folders if the email is not received.
