Moving an ISE Digital Candidate to Another Exam Session

If a candidate can't confirm their exam in time before session submission or if a candidate cannot attend the original exam date, centres can move these candidates to another ISE Digital exam session.

Candidates can only be moved to sessions that match the same:

• Exam type
• Delivery method
• Delivery location
• Invigilation variant

Please note that candidates can only be moved before the session closing date.

To move a candidate to another session, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to MyTrinity.
2. Navigate to the relevant session within the “Sessions” tab.
3. Open the session containing the candidate you wish to move.
4. Locate the candidate within the booking list.
5. Select the candidate options menu.
6. Select “Move candidate”.
7. Choose the destination session from the available session list.
8. Review the move details.
9. Confirm the move.

Once completed, the candidate will be removed from the original session and added to the selected session.

Please note:

• Candidates can only be moved between compatible sessions.
• Sessions that have already closed or progressed beyond editable statuses may not be available.
• Attendance lists and booking information will automatically update following the move.
