When Trinity College London issues a digital certificate for the first time, Accredible automatically creates a Credential Wallet linked to your email address. This wallet stores all digital credentials issued to that email, including any future certificates from Trinity or other organisations using the Accredible platform.
Important: You cannot use a personal Accredible account created independently to access certificates issued by Trinity. Only wallets created through our issuing process will work.
Receiving Your Certificate
When your certificate is issued, you will receive an email from Trinity College London, which includes:
- A ‘One‑Click’ access link that automatically signs you in on first use
- A prompt to set a password for your Credential Wallet
- A link to order a paper certificate – this link is included only in the email from Trinity, not available via Accredible directly
If you have not received this email, please contact Trinity. You will not be able to access or order a paper certificate without it.
Setting a Password and Signing In
There are two main ways to access your Credential Wallet:
1. Using the One‑Click Link (recommended)
- Open the certificate email from Trinity
- Click the One‑Click link to view your credential
- When prompted, set a password for future access
You can then log in at any time via the Accredible login page
2. Using the ‘Forgot Password’ Option
If you are viewing your credential publicly (not signed in), you can:
- Click ‘Sign in’ at the top right of the credential page
- Select ‘Forgot password?’
- Enter the email address linked to your credential
- Follow the emailed link to create a password
You can then access your Credential Wallet fully.
Retrieving a Missing Certificate
If you’ve lost access to your certificate email or did not receive it:
- Visit the Accredible Credentials Retrieval Tool
- Enter your email address
- This tool provides public view links only — you must still sign in to access full features.
Please note: The retrieval tool does not provide access to the Trinity-issued email or the paper certificate order link. If you have not received your original certificate email from Trinity, please contact us.
Ordering a Paper Copy of Your Certificate
Note: This information applies to certificates issued from September 2023 onward, if you wish to order a replacement certificate issued before this date, please visit our website here.
If you would like to order a high-quality printed certificate:
- Open the Digital certificate email from Trinity College London
- Use the order link provided in the email text
- This order link is only available in the original certificate email — it is not accessible via Accredible or the Credentials Retrieval Tool.
Alternatively, if you have the required email, you can visit https://mycertificates.trinitycollege.com and enter:
- Candidate ID - this is shown on the certificate, on your exam report form, and your appointment slip (Face-to-Face exams only)
- Email address associated with your credential
If you did not receive the certificate email, please contact us to request a reissue.
Downloading Your Certificate as a PDF
Once you are signed in to your Credential Wallet, you can download a PDF version of your digital certificate:
- On your credential page, select “Download PDF” for a standard-quality version
- For printing or formal presentation, use “Download as HQ PDF” for a high-resolution version
Credential Wallet Features
Your Credential Wallet allows you to:
- View and manage all certificates issued to your email address
- Download and share your credentials as PDFs or via social media
- Access account settings
- Organise credentials from multiple organisations in one central place
If you still need help accessing your digital certificate, or have not received your certificate email, please contact us. Congratulations again on your achievement!
