Trinity’s digital submission process gives you the flexibility to record and submit your performance at a time and place of your choosing. The person who books the exam can choose to complete the submission themselves or nominate the candidate (if aged 18 or over) or a parent/guardian to do so. Once the exam has been marked, the result and feedback will be sent directly to the submitter and the candidate.
Our submission Portal
- Trinity’s digital submission platform offers improved functionality and a user-friendly experience:
- Customised upload form: No need to download PDF/Word submission forms. Instead, complete a tailored online form specific to your exam.
- Submitter nomination: Candidates aged 18 or over, or their parent/guardian, can be nominated to upload the submission, even if they didn’t make the booking.
- Multiple submissions with one account: Submit videos for multiple candidates using a single login.
Submitting Your Exam
- If you are named as the submitter during booking, you will receive login details for the platform via email.
- If you do not already have an account, look out for a message from submittable@trinitycollege.com with your username and temporary password.
- Once you’ve logged in and updated your password, these credentials can be reused for future submissions.
You have 28 days to complete the submission. This includes:
- Filling out the online form
- Uploading your performance video (one continuous, unedited take)
- Attaching all required supporting documentation
Refer to the relevant digital syllabus for full details of documentation and file naming requirements.
Video Requirements
- Format: mp4 or mov
- Maximum file size: 1GB (2GB for diploma exams recommended maximum)
- Use a video compressor app if your file exceeds this size
Before submitting:
- Check that your video meets Trinity’s filming guidance
- Ensure both video and sound play back clearly from start to finish and are in sync
- Please note: You must not reuse the same performance video for another exam or future entry unless explicitly requested by Trinity. Doing so may invalidate your submission.
Copyright Reminder
Candidates must not share their performance videos online unless they have secured the necessary copyright permissions. Trinity holds copyright permissions only for usage in its own publications and exams. Candidates who share copyrighted works without proper permissions may be personally liable for copyright infringement. Always seek synchronisation licenses from the copyright holder(s) before posting any material online.
