If the candidate sees a flat line (no waveform) in the recording section whilst they are speaking (as shown below), it means their voice may not be recorded.
What to Do Next:
Check that the candidate’s headset is properly plugged in and functioning.
If this does not fix the issue, instruct the candidate to continue with the test.
Note: If no audio is recorded, the candidate may be required to retake the Speaking module.
