Cancelling an ISE Digital Candidate

To cancel a candidate, follow the steps below:
Please note: candidates can only be cancelled before the session closing date.

  1. Log in to MyTrinity.
  2. Navigate to the “Sessions” tab.
  3. Open the relevant session.
  4. Locate the candidate within the booking list.
  5. Select the candidate options menu.
  6. Select “Cancel candidate”.
  7. Review the cancellation details.
  8. Confirm the cancellation.

Once cancelled, the candidate will be removed from the active booking list within the session.

Please note:

  • Cancelled candidates can no longer access the exam.
  • Depending on the session status and timing of the cancellation, refunds may be processed automatically in line with Trinity policies.
  • Attendance lists and session details will automatically update following the cancellation.
