Important Reminder: Submit the Supervisor’s Report

After your session has been completed, you must submit the online Supervisor’s Report Form.

Please note:

• The report should be completed after each exam session
• The form can be completed on a mobile device
• Any issues experienced during the session should be recorded within the report
