This article explains how to add a candidate to an existing ISE Digital session in MyTrinity. Please note that candidates can only be added before the session closing date and while booking availability remains.
To add a candidate
- Log in to MyTrinity.
- Navigate to the “Sessions” tab.
- Open the relevant ISE Digital session.
- Within the “Enrolments list”, select “Add candidate”.
- Select the exam type.
- Enter the candidate details, including:
- First name
- Surname
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Email address
- Review the candidate information entered.
- Select “Continue”.
- Review the confirmation message and select “Continue” again to confirm the booking.
Once completed, the candidate will appear within the enrolment list for the session.
Please note:
- The candidate email address must be entered correctly, as this will be used for exam-related communications.
- Candidate details should match official identification documents where applicable.
- Booking totals and candidate summaries will automatically update once the candidate has been added.
- Candidates added to the session will receive access in line with the normal ISE Digital booking process.
