Adding a Candidate to an Existing ISE Digital Session

This article explains how to add a candidate to an existing ISE Digital session in MyTrinity. Please note that candidates can only be added before the session closing date and while booking availability remains.

To add a candidate

  1. Log in to MyTrinity.
  2. Navigate to the “Sessions” tab.
  3. Open the relevant ISE Digital session.
  4. Within the “Enrolments list”, select “Add candidate”.
  5. Select the exam type.
  6. Enter the candidate details, including:
    • First name
    • Surname
    • Date of birth
    • Gender
    • Email address
  7. Review the candidate information entered.
  8. Select “Continue”.
  9. Review the confirmation message and select “Continue” again to confirm the booking.


Once completed, the candidate will appear within the enrolment list for the session.

Please note:


  • The candidate email address must be entered correctly, as this will be used for exam-related communications.
  • Candidate details should match official identification documents where applicable.
  • Booking totals and candidate summaries will automatically update once the candidate has been added.
  • Candidates added to the session will receive access in line with the normal ISE Digital booking process.
