The following support tools are available to all candidates during the exam:
- Answer elimination: By right-clicking, candidates can cross out answer options they believe are incorrect. This tool is available in the Listening and Reading parts of the exam.
- Highlighting tool: Candidates can select words or sentences in the rubric and questions to apply or remove highlighting. This tool is available in the Listening, Reading and Writing part of the exam.
- Question preview: A preview of the questions (without answer options) is displayed below the rubric, enabling candidates to review all questions at a glance without needing to scroll through them individually. This feature is available in the Listening module.
