Submit and Pay for an ISE Digital Session & Booking

This article explains how to submit and pay for an ISE Digital session in MyTrinity. Once all candidate bookings have been added to a session, the session must be submitted and paid for before the session closing date.


Please note:

  • Sessions that are not submitted before the closing date will automatically expire.
  • Any associated bookings within an expired session will also expire automatically.
  • Payments for expired sessions will be refunded automatically.

To submit and pay for a session

  1. Log in to MyTrinity.
  2. Navigate to the “Sessions” tab.
  3. Locate and open the relevant session.
  4. Review the bookings within the session.
  5. Select “Submit Session”.
  6. Review the session summary and payment details.
  7. Select the billing entity and payment method, where applicable.
  8. Confirm the submission and complete payment.

Once payment has been completed:

  • The session status will display as “Scheduled”
  • Booking statuses within the session will display as “Submitted”

Please note:

  • Sessions can only be submitted if all required booking information has been completed.
  • Candidate and booking details may no longer be editable after submission, depending on the session status and timing.
  • Attendance lists become available after the session closing date.
