This article explains how to submit and pay for an ISE Digital session in MyTrinity. Once all candidate bookings have been added to a session, the session must be submitted and paid for before the session closing date.
Please note:
- Sessions that are not submitted before the closing date will automatically expire.
- Any associated bookings within an expired session will also expire automatically.
- Payments for expired sessions will be refunded automatically.
To submit and pay for a session
- Log in to MyTrinity.
- Navigate to the “Sessions” tab.
- Locate and open the relevant session.
- Review the bookings within the session.
- Select “Submit Session”.
- Review the session summary and payment details.
- Select the billing entity and payment method, where applicable.
- Confirm the submission and complete payment.
Once payment has been completed:
- The session status will display as “Scheduled”
- Booking statuses within the session will display as “Submitted”
Please note:
- Sessions can only be submitted if all required booking information has been completed.
- Candidate and booking details may no longer be editable after submission, depending on the session status and timing.
- Attendance lists become available after the session closing date.
