Video Playback Issues

  • If a video gets stuck during the test, first ask the candidate to press the Play button to resume.

  • If no Play button appears or the video does not resume: instruct the candidate to close the test by exiting the lockdown browser window.

Note: Do not submit the test at this stage, instead ask the candidate to log in again. The test will continue from where they left off.
