We currently accept payment via cheque or BACS with full payment details being found on your invoice. Unfortunately we cannot take payments over the phone or via credit/debit card for Arts Award at this time.
Please be aware that cheques can take up to 3 to 5 days to arrive to the right person and BACS transfers can take 1 week to appear on statements and be recognised.
All remittance advice and purchase orders should be sent via email to training.team@trinitycollege.com as this will speed up the process.
It is essential that you sent a remittance advice along with your payment so we are able to match up your payment in our systems. Remittance advice should include
Date of the payment
Amount of the payment
Invoice or invoices that the payment is covering
A BACS or cheque reference or details of the bank account that the payment is coming from.
Failure to do this can mean a delay in receiving your Arts Award adviser log in details after training.
