If you have booked a Digital exam with us, and a period of 48 hours or more has elapsed without you receiving a login ID to your email account's main inbox, or spam/junk folder, you can contact us for assistance.
Note that the login ID would be sent to the person selected as 'submitter' in the application process.
You can also access your account by entering the submitter email used here:

You can select the 'forgot' link to reset your password as required, you will then be able to locate your new entry on your 'submissions' tab. You can then select the new link, select 'forms' and click the 'additional form' to begin the upload process.
