Music - Digital Exam booking amendments and cancellations

If you have made a mistake with your booking, and wish to make an amendment, please note the following:

- we can amend an exam booking, where the correct exam format (Classical and Jazz, or Rock and Pop), and Grade level (Initial to 8) has been selected, but an incorrect instrument or voice type has been selected. Please see below.

- we cannot amend an exam where an incorrect exam format has been chosen - i.e booking made is Classical and Jazz, but should be Rock and Pop, and vice versa. In this case we will need to cancel and refund your booking, and you will need to make a new booking when you are ready to do so.

- we cannot amend an exam where an incorrect grade level has been selected - Initial to Grade 8. In this case we will need to cancel and refund your booking, and you will need to make a new booking when you are ready to do so. 

You can request an exam amendment by forwarding your exam booking confirmation email to dgd.uki@trinitycollege.co.uk adding the details of your amendment. In most cases, this is completed in 3-4 working days. If you cannot find, or have deleted, your exam booking confirmation email, please email us with the candidate's full name, exam type and date of birth, adding the details of the amendment required.

If you wish to cancel your booking, and receive a refund, you can request a cancellation by forwarding your exam booking confirmation email to dgd.uki@trinitycollege.co.uk adding a request to cancel. In most cases, this is completed in 3-4 working days. If you cannot find, or have deleted, your exam booking confirmation email, please email us with the candidate's full name, exam type and date of birth, adding a request to cancel. Please note that we cannot refund bookings where a submission has been made to our assessment platform.
